HOW TO SEND IN YOUR ESX-1 FOR REPAIR
To send your ESX-1 in for repair, the Buyer must complete the steps below, including filling out the Repair Form. In addition,
- Place batteries and accessories inside a plastic bag to insure they do not damage or scratch your ESX-1
- Use the original packaging or a larger box and bubble wrap to protect your ESX-1.
- MAKE SURE TO RE-PACK THE INSTRUMENT WITH CARE. DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING NEAR THE SPEAKERS WHEN YOU PACK UP ESX-1.
- Write fragile on outside of box or place fragile stickers in at least two prominent locations.
